Vitesse Labradors produce some of the best working Retrievers New Zealand has to offer. We import semen from top working lines from around the world, to help create dogs that are biddable, physically sound with exceptional natural working ability.

We are active hunters, compete in Gundog Trials and have multiple National Champions, Field Trial Champions and Grand Field Trial Champions in our kennel.  Our dogs have also won  Gundog Of The Year and Retriever Of The Year multiple times.

We are proud to currently have the NZGTA National Retriever Winner 2020, NZGTA National All Breeds Championship Winners 2019, 2021, The NZGTA Retriever Of The Year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and The Gundog Of The Year 2018, 2021and 2022 within our kennel. 

Our dogs are all fully health tested, including hip and elbow scores, yearly eye certificates and full genetic screens, with excellent results. 

We produce dogs for hunters, competition and family pets. They are calm and kind, have great style and pace in the field, with beautiful temperaments, a pleasure to be around..
